Shipping takes 10–17 business days worldwide, and just 7–10 business days within the UAE.

Getting started is simple! Pick the story you’d like to personalize, upload your child’s photo (following our guidelines), and enter their name and age. You’ll Send you a preview of the book—once you love it, just proceed to checkout to complete your order.

After payment, you’ll have the chance to review and approve your book. If it’s not exactly how you imagined, you can request changes, and our support team will gladly assist.

You can get a refund if your book hasn’t been printed yet. After printing, refunds aren’t available. To request a refund contact us through our support page or by email at support@Storymehub.com
