Return and Refund Policy

At StoryMeHub, all our products are personalized and custom-made, which means they are created uniquely for each order.

Printed Products:

• You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

• After 6 hours, the order goes into production, and cancellations are no longer fully refundable.

• Refunds After Production: If you request a cancellation after the 6-hour window, you will receive a 50% refund, as the story has already been sent to production.

Digital Products:

• All digital products are non-refundable. Once purchased, we cannot accept any returns or offer refunds.
