• Printed Books: Each order is personalized and takes 3–5 business days to prepare before shipping.

• Digital Products: Delivered next or same day via email once payment is confirmed.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

• We ship within the UAE and internationally.

• UAE Delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.

• GCC Delivery: 5–10 business days after processing.

• International Delivery: 7–21 business days after processing, depending on location and customs.

Shipping times may vary due to holidays, customs, or unforeseen delays.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

• Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

• No shipping is required. Your product will be delivered via email or download link next or same day after payment.

• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
