  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern your use of the Service and constitute the agreement between You and the Company. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms.

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part, You may not access or use the Service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please read it carefully before using the Service.

Orders, Returns, and Refunds

Printed Products:

  • Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement.

  • After 6 hours, the order goes into production, and cancellations are no longer fully refundable.

  • Refunds After Production: If you cancel after 6 hours, a 50% refund will be issued.

Digital Products:

  • All digital products are non-refundable. Once purchased, no returns or refunds are allowed.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately without prior notice for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

The Company's total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid to the Service, or AED 100 if no payment has been made.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with other software or devices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

Dispute Resolution

You agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the Company at storymehub@gmail.com.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to reflect the parties’ intent, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of future rights.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated reasonably in advance. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
